When you fill the quote form or book a discovery call, we collect your name, work email, company, role, team-size estimate, timeline, and the details of your request. We do not collect or store payment information on this site.
2. How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, scope a proposal, and — if we work together — execute the engagement. We do not run drip campaigns, sell your data, or share it with third parties beyond the operational vendors we use (e.g., calendar booking, email delivery).
3. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set tracking cookies and do not personally identify you. Aggregate page-view counts and referrer information may be collected.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or its deletion, at any time by emailing hello@callmycrew.com.
5. Updates
